Meet the Doctor

Dr. Rick w/ National Sports talk host 'Tony Bruno'. Tony Bruno calls Dr. Rick the "Official Chiropractor of the Tony Bruno show

Dr. Rick was born and raised in North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he majored in Biology. It was in college, that he was first introduced to the wonders of chiropractic care. Suffering from migraines for most of his childhood and adolescent life, Dr. Rick was encouraged to visit a chiropractor by his room mate. Skeptical at first, he learned that chiropractic was not only used to treat back and neck pain, but a variety of other conditions that arise from misalignments of the spine. The icing on the cake was that he was no longer suffering from the debilitating headaches. Armed with that knowledge, he made the choice to attend chiropractic school at Life College.

While at Life College, Dr. Rick was educated as to the philosophy, science and art of chiropractic. He not only excelled clinically, but academically as well, being named to the Dean's List for 10 out of 14 quarters. Upon graduation, he began practicing in Norcross, Georgia. During his time in practice, he was blessed to have been the official chiropractor for several area LA Fitness'. He has also counseled several large companies on ergonomics and employee wellness.
In January of 2003, Dr. Rick purchased Central Chiropractic here in Austin. In the last 2yrs, he has enjoyed phenomenal success and thoroughly enjoys the community in which he practices. His goal is to change the lives of the community, one spine at a time.
